Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a multi-year vision for Data Governance and Quality.
• Advise executive leadership on governance and stewardship initiatives.
• Architect data ecosystems for real-time and AI-driven needs.
• Set best practices, tooling, and foster a culture of autonomous data quality.
• Lead cross-functional policy work involving Infosec, Legal, and Privacy.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers on data practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years leading large-scale data initiatives.
• Expertise in system design for high-volume data ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, and Spark.
• Familiarity with S3 and Iceberg technologies.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in change management for data ownership and quality.
