We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our Technical Service department on a long-term contract basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves managing critical scheduling and administrative tasks to support our customers and ensure smooth operations.
Job Title: Warranty Service Coordinator
Location: Carrollton, TX
Pay: $20.00hr-$23.00 (BOE)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Mon - Friday (onsite)
Job Description:
- Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance services for major customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Warranty Processing: Manage extended warranty claims, processing them accurately and within deadlines.
- Customer Install Coordination: Schedule customer installations using the company's internal online tools, ensuring alignment with client needs and technician availability.
- Customer Support: Plan, prioritize, and respond promptly to customer requests and service needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in advanced business administrative functions, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel as well as CRM/ERP systems.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external customers effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and customer demands.
