Restaurant General Manager, Managers, and Chefs at Busy Bar Restaurant

Job Description

General Managers, Chefs, and Managers needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Houston area. This will be for a High Volume Upscale Restaurant. Asian or Mediterranean a plus. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

3-5 years minimum General Manager Experience
3-5 years minimum Executive Chef Experience
3 years minimum Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager or Pastry Chef experience
3 years minimum Restaurant Manager Experience
Strong leadership qualities
Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
Servant leader mentality
Scratch kitchen experience a plus
10$ million in annual revenue
