This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers an engaging environment focused on enhancing student well-being and academic success. Onsite presence is preferred, allowing direct collaboration with both staff and students, especially those in secondary grade levels.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana, or the ability to obtain one
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Comfortable working with elementary and secondary-age students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers and families
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to student care
• Ability to work full-time hours across the contracted school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, focusing on improving students’ functional abilities and participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure coordinated support and integration in students’ educational plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student progress
• Promote self-care, organizational skills, and sensory strategies suited to age and developmental level
