Growing together.Position in this function is responsible for building and maintaining Epic Medication (eRx) Records. Works closely with operational partners to implement requested changes. Identify opportunities for workflow and application maintenance improvements. Responsible for representing Epic Willow team in projects and collaborating across applications teams. Leads Willow driven projects and collaborates with operational subject matter experts and application team members. Follows Change Management protocols including adhering to build standards, testing and quality assurance practices and technical documentation requirements. Will provide non-prime call support.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Configure and maintain ERX/medication records in EpicPerform updates to medication data as clinical practices changeCollaborate with operational pharmacy partners and across IT teams to support pharmacy related Epic applicationsSupport additional pharmacy applications such as Omnicell as neededParticipate as an individual contributor within the pharmacy solutions teamNon-prime call supportYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Licensed pharmacist (active license)2+ years of experience as a pharmacist1+ years experience building/maintaining Epic Willow Applications to 6 months of epxerience building / maintaing Epic Willow ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications:Certification/Proficiency in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory. New hire without will be asked to complete Certification/Proficiency shortly after hire dateCertification in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory2+ years of experience using and/or maintaining Epic Willow applicationsProficiency in Willow Inpatient or AmbulatoryPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
