Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

*NEW PATIENTS*

We have 2 patients for you to choose from in Clayton! We are hiring Full Time and Part Time nurses for these cases.

Schedule : Sunday - Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm

Location/Setting: Clayton 27527

Age Range : Infant

Acuity: G-Tube, Trach, Vent & O2

Schedule : Sunday, Thursday & Saturday 9:00pm - 7:00

Location/Setting: Clayton 27527

Age Range : Child

Acuity: High, G-Tube/Trach/Vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
