Bhakti Wellness Center's mission is to provide a high quality and consistent wellness experience. Facilitate wellness and healing support for the modern consumer using the practices of massage therapy, microcurrent therapy, photobiomodulation (low level light therapy) and more. If you are interested we will train you in Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Photobiomodulation and more.ResponsibilitiesPerform consecutive 30-90 minute massage sessionsComplete new client evaluation and notes for each client thoroughly and with accuracy, filing same day as serviceKeep the treatment area clean, organized, and on brandAttend monthly staff meetings and required trainingsListen to the concerns of all clients with empathy and address their concerns according to Bhakti Wellness Center protocolStrive to increase knowledge by taking continuing education classes in related coursesWilling to assist co-workers with any questions and concerns they may haveWilling to work extra hours or flexible schedule when called uponWilling to sub and/or trade shifts with othersPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementAssists with cleanliness of wellness centerMaintain active licenseQualificationsGraduated at least a 500 hour massage programCan show proof of current malpractice and liability insuranceExperience in an upscale environment preferredCustomer service experience is preferredExperience in body treatments is preferred3-5 years practical experience in any/all of these specialties preferredMust adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulationsDesire to build a lifestyle brand and wellness community from the ground upAn eagerness to grow with Bhakti Wellness Center A passion for wellness a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits:Professional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekends as neededSupplemental Pay:Bonus opportunitiesCommission payTipsExperience:Massage: 1 year (Preferred)Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
