Medical Front Office Patient Representative

Be part of the founding team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create a welcoming, person-centered experience for every patient while building trust, connection, and exceptional care from day one. If you're passionate about serving your community and making a difference, we'd love to have you join us.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00
Benefit Highlights:
- Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.
- 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
- Retirement Plan with 6% match
Your Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
- Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
- Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
