We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst.What You'll do:The position requires the individual to conduct research on internal case workload data and other sources of information; to create and revise reports that are responsive to customer requirements and ad hoc requests for information. The position is also responsible for supporting management by providing information, insight and recommendations for operational and systems changes needed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
