Job Description Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Join our team at one of Soliant partnered hospitals in Los Angeles as an Interim Director of Pharmacy! We are seeking a seasoned professional to take the helm of our pharmacy department on a temporary basis. In this crucial role, you'll manage the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care and maintaining the highest standards. As the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), you will oversee the department without additional staffing responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a dynamic healthcare environment and make a meaningful impact in one of Los Angeles premier hospitals. Location: Los Angeles, CA Setting: Acute Care Hospital Staffed Beds: 101 Average Daily Census: 70 Key Details: Start Date: Approximately September 15 Duration: 8 - 12 weeks Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pharmacy Hours: Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 10:00 PM Saturday Sunday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM On-Call Coverage: Not required pensation : DOE (local/travel) Pharmacy Operations: Order Entry System: CPSI Automation: None; dispensing via cart fill and night locker IV pounding: Yes (no chemotherapy) Staffing: Two pharmacists and three technicians; PRN pharmacists available Remote Pharmacy Services: Available after hours Qualifications: Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy setting Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage and oversee pharmacy operations effectively Familiarity with CPSI order entry system is a plus If you are an experienced pharmacist looking for an interim leadership role with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
