Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license.
- Solid foundation working in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT settings.
- Experience or interest in educational therapy practices, IEP development, and implementing OT interventions for students.
- Clear communication skills with students, teachers, and families.
- Adaptable, compassionate, and able to tailor strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and collaboration duties.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized therapy programs to help students increase functional abilities in the educational setting.
- Partner with teachers and other specialists to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP meetings and goal-setting.
- Provide consultation and guidance to parents and school staff regarding students’ progress and recommended resources.
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric/school-based OT.
