Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the mental and emotional wellbeing of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and personal growth.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address specific challenges, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for patients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults, dealing with a wide range of challenges—from family conflicts and communication difficulties to severe psychological distress. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Texas.
