Independent Sales Representative

About the Role
We build high-performance, affordable websites that help local businesses dominate their market. Unlike traditional agencies that charge thousands upfront, we offer a low-friction, low-risk subscription model starting at just $197/month.
We are looking for motivated, independent 1099 Sales Representatives to pitch our website packages to small and medium-sized businesses.

1\. No Cold Sourcing: We handle the heavy lifting. You will be handed targeted, high-intent lead lists scraped straight from Google Maps (businesses with missing websites, outdated designs, or unclaimed listings).
2\. Low Barrier to Entry: You are offering a professional web presence for less than the cost of a daily coffee ($197/mo). It’s an absolute no-brainer for small business owners.
3\. Massive Upsell Potential: Once the foot is in the door, you can offer high-demand digital add-ons (SEO, advanced integrations, automation) that push single deals well over $1,000+.
Uncapped 1099 Compensation Structure
We keep booking incredibly simple: you kill, you eat. We offer a flat 50% commission on the customer's total Month 1 invoice, then we handle the fulfillment and ongoing support.
- Close a basic $197 plan ➔ Pocket ~$100 upfront.
- Close a plan + mid-tier add-ons ($500 total) ➔ Pocket $250 upfront.
- Close a heavy add-on package ($1,200 total) ➔ Pocket $600 upfront.
Payouts are fast and issued as soon as the client's initial invoice clears.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via phone or email to the provided Google Maps lead lists.
- Identify decision-makers, handle basic objections, and explain the value of a modern web presence.
- Close the initial month's invoice and hand the onboarding data over to our fulfillment team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working as an independent 1099 contractor (set your own hours, manage your own schedule).
- Must have a reliable computer, a smartphone, and a solid internet connection.
