Title: Audit Manager / Staff Auditor
Location: Wisconsin (Local Candidates Only On-Site Client Work Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time


Are you a CPA or CPA-eligible audit professional ready to work directly with clients across industries like healthcare, construction, and nonprofit? We're looking for an Audit Manager or Staff Auditor to join a collaborative and growing team based in Wisconsin.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Active CPA license (or CPA-eligible for staff-level)
4+ years of external client audit experience (public accounting preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS (GAS a plus)
Excellent client-facing communication and time management skills
Willingness to perform on-site fieldwork (local travel only)

Nice-to-Have Experience:
ERISA or governmental audits
Sector familiarity: real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofits, construction, arts
Experience with audit and accounting software

Key Responsibilities (Manager Level):
Lead audit, review, compilation, and compliance engagements
Supervise teams and review financial statements and reports
Build client relationships and support additional services
Stay current with evolving standards and ensure smooth integration for clients
Train, evaluate, and mentor junior audit staff
