This role is ideal for early-career construction professionals who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a generalist, you'll have the opportunity to help oversee tenant improvement scopes, gaining experience at the forefront of construction and infrastructure deployment.What You'll DoAssist in managing daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversightSupport senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviewsMonitor construction progress and help identify risks, delays, or quality concerns, escalating to project leadership as neededInterface with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, operations) and external partners (GCs, vendors, consultants)Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generationSupport budgeting and cost tracking efforts, including reviewing invoices and change ordersHelp maintain accurate records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builtsEnsure safety practices and site protocols are followed in accordance with Crusoe's standardsWhat You Bring2–5 years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to critical facilitiesFamiliarity with core construction processes including scheduling, procurement, and documentationComfortable reading construction drawings and interpreting specificationsExperience working with general contractors and trade partnersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platformsStrong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetNice to HaveExperience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environmentsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000- 135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
