Business Development Specialist - Traffic Control

We are seeking a sales-driven Business Development Specialist who can actively bring in new business and grow client relationships in our Traffic Control and Work Zone Safety division. This is not a passive account management role — we need someone who is confident in selling, prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term revenue. While direct traffic control experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from power, construction, utilities, telecom, or infrastructure services , provided they demonstrate strong business development capability, bid experience, and client-facing expertise.
