Private real estate firm seeks a seasoned property manager to manage an owned portfolio of 4-6 commercial properties in Greater Boston. You will be representing the firm in working with tenants, contractors, vendors, city personnel and others.
The job is task oriented and you will be provided with support and resources from home office to complete the work. This job involves being in the field checking on the properties and being available on call for emergencies at the properties should they arise. There is no office. You can work from your home office as long as your paperwork is submitted in top form.
We are seeking someone who has significant relevant positive experience in commercial property management and enjoys the work. We will provide you with the back office support and list of contract vendors.
