As a Security Professional at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established retail location protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control, visitor direction, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
