Onsite Service Engineer - AZ

Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies. Responsibilities Report into the Site Manager. Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing any issues to prevent equipment downtime. Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. Be the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly. Maintain a strong customer focus to meet expectations and timelines, working in alignment with company strategies and processes. Act autonomously in understanding and resolving problems, escalating as needed through appropriate channels. Proactively seek customer feedback and understand the customer’s business. Share technical expertise and knowledge, providing coaching to less experienced team members. Collaborate with team members to deliver company objectives. Comply with applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety, and health obligations are met. Communicate fluently in written and spoken English; speak distinctly and listen clearly. Use computer software to record data and write reports. Understand and interpret technical documentation such as technical drawings. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Prefer an Associate’s Degree (AS); full military equivalent may substitute. 1–3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronics, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer‑facing experience.
