Management Analyst
US Department of War
Duties
Provide advice and assistance for administrative, personnel and management related functions
Responsible for tracking and monitoring personnel action requests
Reviews and provides advisory services for a variety of employee issues and problems related to employee benefits, disability retirements, pay issues, employee leave accruals and step increases, and performance appraisals/performance standards
Assists distribution center senior managers and the command team with the management of personnel and workforce development programs (i.e. awards, leave, travel, training, records keeping, etc.)
Prepares narrative analyses, graphs, charts, and management statistics of data for use in briefings and presentations, using office automation tools
Serves as the Unit Training Coordinator
Serves as the new employee coordinator
