• Support Staff: On-call only support; no clinic staff on site
• Trauma: Managed by neighboring tertiary facilities

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82 (equivalent to a competitive annualized package)

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient Urology services during scheduled shifts
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including holidays and weekends
• Support hospital admissions and consults within your expertise
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital protocols and EMR documentation requirements
• Manage trauma and emergency cases with appropriate referrals for complex traumas
• Maintain compliance with all licensure and credentialing requirements

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active PA License or IMLC License in hand
• DEA registration
• Minimum 5 years of Urology experience (will accept new grads with license)
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently in a community hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment

This position is based at a well-established community hospital in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, providing inpatient and emergency Urology services. The hospital does not have an Interventional Radiology department or trauma center; trauma cases are transferred to nearby tertiary centers. You will work alongside a small team of dedicated physicians and a PA, playing a key role in delivering urgent Urologic care in a fast-paced setting.
