Facilities Contract SupervisorFacilities Contract Supervisor Job Duties And Responsibilities:Performs diverse administrative support functionsAssesses emails, photographs, and construction documents to identify equipment or parts that need to be orderedReviews quotes, purchase orders, and warehouse shipping logs, across multiple systemsPrepares purchase orders and reviews invoicesTracks and communicates deliveriesDevelops and maintains reports used for various departments using collected data. This will be done within the systems as well as manual data entry as neededCommunicates with store and Field Operations Team, Territory Service Managers, Service Technicians, Project Managers, and third part service providersWorks closely with Florida Division Facilities Specialist to maintain Nuvolo data accuracyAssists in identifying facility repair needs and coordinates with respective maintenance team and Facilities DirectorMonitors project and program expendituresWorks closely with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets and Division Finance TeamsAll other job duties as necessaryFacilities Contract Supervisor Qualifications:Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount for this roleCritical thinker with strong analytical skillsAbility to not only see the result but to understand how things work and how the result was achievedResourceful, creative and works with a sense of urgencySelf-starter that learns quickly and can navigate a fast-paced environment but not afraid to ask questions or ask for helpTakes ownership of a process while looking for ways to scale and improve the process as the company changesExcellent inter-personal skills with the ability to collaborate and build meaningful internal and external relationships to help drive resultsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and strict deadlinesHigh degree of motivation and passionExcellent business communication and presentation skillsLives our Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to WinCircle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
