This is a full-time remote position primarily utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct counseling sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying specific challenges and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic and attainable goals while ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular training sessions and interdisciplinary meetings to hone your skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
