If you are customer service oriented and highly motivated with a positive attitude, we hope you'll consider joining our team.We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician in Bullock County to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration-related systems across our convenience store (C-Store) locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for customers and employees in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works well independently, and is comfortable traveling between multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and ventilation equipmentTroubleshoot HVAC, temperature control, and airflow issues to ensure optimal performancePerform preventative maintenance according to schedules and manufacturer specificationsRespond to service calls and emergency repairs, minimizing downtime and disruption to store operationsWork with refrigeration systems as applicable (walk-ins, coolers, freezers, or beverage equipment)Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and compliance documentationCoordinate with vendors and outside contractors when neededEnsure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesTravel between multiple C-Store locations within assigned territoryQualifications & RequirementsHVAC Technician experience in commercial or retail environments preferredValid HVAC certification(s) and/or EPA Universal Certification requiredStrong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and preventative maintenanceAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagramsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in varied environmentsStrong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionScheduleFull-time, typically daytime hoursOn-call, overtime, nights, or weekends may be required based on business needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience and certificationsCompany vehicle, tools, and equipment (if applicable)Benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and retirement planOpportunities for training and certification advancementPre-Employment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of background and motor vehicle records screenings.Enmarket is an equal opportunity employer.
