From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.Job Overview:Client Compensation Consultant will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs at LPL Financial Corp, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.Responsibilities:Participate in compensation survey submissions and analyze results to assess market competitiveness and identify pay trends.Conduct job evaluations and participate in the development and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring proper titling and grading.Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit, bonus, and equity cycles, from data preparation to communication.Provide analytical support for compensation-related projects, such as program design, policy development, and impact analysis.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to provide compensation guidance and support for various business units.Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics, trends, and program effectiveness.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.Assist in the development and delivery of compensation-related training and communication materials to employees and managers.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:3+ years operations or comparable experienceCore Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferences:Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and compensation survey tools preferredExperience with Salesforce, Dynamics, and Documentum would be a plusExperience managing work queues and mailboxes while meeting SLAsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldPay Range:$21.00-$34.96/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
