Assistant Lead Maintenance

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Assistant Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential/commercial property in Arlington, TX . You’ll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager to keep the property in great condition and respond to service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
Complete work orders and unit turnovers
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Help maintain clean and safe common areas
Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies
Work with vendors and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or outdoors
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be dependable and a team player
