We're currently building our caregiver team in the Merrillville and Crown Point area , including ZIP codes 46410, 46411, and 46307 .

We do not currently have active clients in this territory, so caregivers may initially begin on an as-needed basis while we continue growing our client base.

This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want to get established with Firefly now and be among the first considered as new clients begin services .

Preferred availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Help clients with personal care and daily activities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Encourage client independence

• Follow care plans and document services as needed

What You Need

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required

• A willingness to learn and make a difference
