Senior Finance Manager

With a focus on delivering successful, sustainable projects, the organization partners closely with clients and brings the resources of a global industry network to its work.They are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, and the month-end close process. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an accounting professional who combines strong U.S. GAAP expertise with advanced Excel and systems capabilities and enjoys improving processes, developing people, and partnering across the business.Responsibilities:· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis.· Oversee day-to-day accounting functions such as AP, AR and billing, general ledger activity, bank reconciliations, payroll, and related compliance.· Ensure project-related revenue, costs, allocations, billing, and financial results are accurately reflected in the accounting records and reporting.· Partner with project and operational teams to investigate accounting issues, evaluate project profitability, and support effective financial decision-making.· Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes by identifying risks, standardizing procedures, and introducing automation and technology where appropriate.· Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, ERP initiatives, and other finance transformation projects while maintaining accurate and well-documented procedures.For immediate consideration please email View email address on click.appcast.io.
