What we expect
- Client Partnerships : Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients. Help them understand the value of modernizing their hydraulic elevator systems.
- Sales Process Ownership : From prospecting and presenting bids to contract execution, manage deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals.
- Growth : Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TKE proven sales strategies and marketing tools.
- Team Player: Work side-by-side with operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience.
- Knowledge : Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients.
- Project Management : Take ownership from the sales process through installation including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce experience. (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings. (preferred)
