Associate Sales Representative, CRM - Chattanooga, TN

Abbott seeks a direct sales representative to sell cardiac rhythm management medical devices to physicians, hospitals, and distributors within an assigned territory. The role involves client education, account development, product training, and sales reporting for a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities

• Contact and educate clients on company medical device products and address concerns
• Develop business plans to identify, target, and establish new customer accounts
• Provide medical professionals with product training and technical support
• Monitor competitor activities, sales statistics, and product developments
• Manage inventory, prepare sales reports, and handle administrative duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of sales or clinical support experience in healthcare
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex medical devices
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Established relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and medical groups
• Proficiency with personal computer programs and relevant applications
• Preferred: understanding of cardiac rhythm management technology

Compensation: $43,900 – $109,200 base
