Lawn Care Technician Opening in the Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA Areas We are seeking motivated individuals to join our lawn care team in the Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA regions. Responsibilities Execute a variety of tasks designed to keep customers' lawns and landscapes green, healthy, and thriving. Perform manual tasks and operate commercial power equipment as required. Participate in snow and ice management services when required. Adhere to safety measures during every project. Apply fertilizers and treat turf for weeds, diseases, and insects. Conduct turf renovations and routine equipment maintenance as directed. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency in the use of Z-Max turf equipment. Valid Connecticut applicator certificate or Massachusetts pesticide operator certificate. Team player with punctuality, a good attitude, respect, trustworthiness, and a passion for quality. Strong communication skills and willingness to receive constructive feedback.
