Now Seeking Lawn Care Technicians Our lawn care technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks designed to keep our customers' lawns and landscapes green, healthy and thriving. Labor will include manual tasks and the operation of commercial power equipment. Position Requirements Required Skills Lawn care technicians should be proficient in the use of Z-Max turf equipment. All employees are expected to work in a team environment and be willing to take direction and constructive feedback. Participation in our snow and ice management service is required. We expect all employees to be punctual team players with a good attitude that displays respect, trustworthiness, and a passion for quality. Accountabilities Ensure all safety measures are followed during every project. Currently have a valid CT applicator certificate and or a Massachusetts pesticide operator certificate. Be able to lift 50 pounds. Apply fertilizers to lawns. Be able to identify, diagnose, and treat turf for weeds, diseases, and insects. Turf renovations. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed. Perform other tasks as directed.
