Enterprise Account Director

We’re partnering with an established industrial software business, to hire two Enterprise Account Directors as it expands and sharpens its commercial organization.

These roles suit consultative enterprise sellers who can build relationships across large, complex customers and turn account plans into repeatable revenue growth.

The Role

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across industrial markets.
Lead complex sales involving multiple stakeholders, products and buying groups.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell and targeted new business.
Manage QBRs, strategic account plans and long sales cycles.
Carry an annual ARR quota of approximately $1.5–$2 million.
Travel approximately 2–3 times per month for customer meetings and industry events.

Your Background

Enterprise software sales experience serving complex industrial customers.
Strong track record selling specialist or point solutions.
Experience with multi-threaded selling, multiple products and senior decision-makers.
Disciplined approach to pipeline development, forecasting and account planning.
Comfortable taking ownership in a focused commercial team.
Industrial SaaS experience is particularly relevant.

Locations: US, Remote - Western US or Texas/Central US.

Comp: Base salary of up to $150,000 + $150,000 in variable compensation.

Total OTE: $300,000.
