As a Business Development Director at Integral Care Home Care, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion, while maintaining our reputation for exceptional care and service. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and we are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales and revenue growth. Your expertise will enable us to expand our services, increase market share, and strengthen our position as a leader in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payors, and community leaders
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and trends in the healthcare industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
