Locum - Physician - Addiction Medicine Brighton, MI (IMLC accepted)

Job Description

Practice setting: inpatient substance abuse disorder treatment; residential treatment
Reason for coverage: full-time provider left; need to backfill while looking for permanent hire. Would accept locum, locum to perm providers.
Dates of coverage: ASAP until permanent hire; full-time- estimated credentialing 90-120 days but possibility for sooner.
Rate type: hourly
Schedule: flexible; 5 shifts per week, including weekends. 40-hour weeks, 7 am-3 pm approximately
Total beds: 63 beds; highly variable
Psychiatrist group: 2 psychiatrists

Board Certified in Preventive Medicine or Addiction Medicine - could take FM or IM as long as they were BE in addiction medicine

Active MI license or IMLC - REQUIRED
Clean Background- REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
