ICU / CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

We are seeking experienced ICU/CVICU Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity, collaborative critical care team. This role involves working in a combined ICU and cardiovascular ICU setting, providing care to a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative cardiac cases to complex medical and surgical patients.

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts

Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Manage critically ill patients, including post-cardiac surgery and vascular intervention cases

Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment and therapies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards

Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) recovery

Valve repair/replacement and vascular procedures

Thoracotomy and carotid interventions

Advanced therapies such as IABP, ECMO, Impella, and induced hypothermia

Active RN license (Compact State or eligibility required)

Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience preferred

ADN required; BSN preferred

BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of employment

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
