Step into a rewarding environment supporting middle school students as a dedicated paraprofessional this school year. Multiple contract openings are available across several schools within a highly regarded district near Anoka, MN. These roles will have you working Monday through Friday, 32.5 hours per week, beginning late August 2026 and continuing through late November 2026, with the possibility of converting to a direct hire position.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified through ONE of the following: passing the MN Para Educator Exam or 60+ college credits (official transcripts required—diplomas or pictures of degrees are not accepted).
• Attach both an updated resume and your Highly Qualified Document (exam results or college transcripts) for consideration.
• Comfortable assisting with tolieting and other personal care tasks for students, as required in a support role.
• Ability to map and select preferred school sites; present your preference upon application to facilitate interview scheduling.
• Demonstrate reliability, compassion, and a collaborative spirit within school environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with certified staff to support the diverse needs of middle school students.
• Assist in classrooms, resource rooms, and during transitions throughout the school day.
• Provide individualized attention, including educational support, behavior guidance, and personal care tasks.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and personal growth.

Pay for this position will be $20 per hour. After completing a 90-day/422-hour contracting period, successful candidates may be offered a direct hire opportunity within the district.
