Senior Manager, AI Product Manager, Finance

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager of AI Product Management for Finance to develop strategy, govern performance, and drive value realization across an AI-enabled product portfolio. This role bridges business stakeholders, engineering teams, and compliance functions to translate financial needs into executable AI product strategies and ensure measurable enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Finance-focused AI capabilities and success metrics
• Oversee full product lifecycle from opportunity identification through deployment, scaling, sustainment, and value realization
• Lead prioritization forums and governance bodies to align stakeholders and manage scope, budget, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Partner with compliance, security, and risk teams to establish AI governance controls, ensure regulatory alignment, and mitigate model risks
• Develop product managers and establish product management best practices, frameworks, and operating models for AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field plus 8 years' experience; or Master's plus 7 years; or PhD plus 3 years
• 3+ years leading AI, machine learning, analytics, or digital products
• Demonstrated ownership of large programs, portfolios, or critical business capabilities
• Enterprise AI product strategy expertise with ability to define vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities
• Proven end-to-end product leadership from opportunity framing through delivery, scaling, and benefit realization
• Strong business acumen and executive influence skills for cross-functional alignment
• Experience with governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and responsible AI principles
