Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Medic Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and developing customized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapy interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client.

• Responding promptly to crisis situations by providing immediate support, safety assessments, and developing safety plans as needed.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Empowering clients through psychoeducation about mental health disorders, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to foster greater self-management.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
