California Licensed RN Trainer, provides full-time training and support for clinical staff by developing and delivering training programs focused on clinical methodologies, policies, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Develops and delivers clinical training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development Collaborates with clinical leaders to assess training needs and create tailored content Evaluates training effectiveness and provides feedback to ensure staff readiness and understanding Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in care management, utilization management, or a clinical delivery setting Completion of an accredited nursing program or a bachelor's degree in a related field Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations Experience in training delivery and development Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
