Status-Neutral Care Navigator for HIV & PrEP Access

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Patient Navigator to support linkage to care, engagement, and retention across HIV, PrEP, HCV, and harm reduction services. The SNN approach centers on status-neutral, stigma-free care and collaboration with community partners to broaden access to care and initiate treatment when needed.
