• Experience: Minimum 3 years RN experience; at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last year

What You'll Do

• Float routinely between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Willis Knighton Bossier facilities
• Conduct complex cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases (e.g., TAVR, MitraClip, complex PCI)
• Act as circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring RN – capable of multi-functional roles
• Support on high-acuity patients, including those with coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, and structural heart procedures
• Administer vasoactive drugs, sedation, and provide critical patient assessments
• Operate Meditech Expanse EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication systems, and Merge hemodynamic monitors
• Floats across facilities and provides backup for more advanced cases at WKMC North
• Complete one-week orientation and up to one week of precepting

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with 1.5+ years in Cath Lab last year
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in Cath Lab procedures
• Strong skills in sterile technique, critical assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drug administration
• Valid driver's license for facility float
• Preferred:
• Experience with Merge hemodynamic monitoring system
• RCIS certification
