Responsibilities Manage leasing and investment sales assignments generated through Frontline's platform. Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. Prepare BOVs, proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documents. Negotiate leases and purchase agreements through closing. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with fellow brokers to deliver outstanding results for clients. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of commercial real estate sales and/or leasing experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
