Job Overview AFRL Det 1/Wright Site and the Foundational Technologies Directorate seek to hire a skilled and motivated entry-level Management Analyst to serve as a Data Management Analyst in the Business Services Branch (SSR-B) of the Research Site Support Division (SSR) of AFRL Detachment 1. This position will be filled at the DO-1 (GS-9-11 equivalent) level and is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Position Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Supports Det 1/Wright Site in Information Management (IM) program implementation and provides essential business services to the Mission Organization. Implements directorate policies for managing effective travel and labor reporting programs. Serves as a liaison between directorate civilian employees and AFRL DCPS Office for issues related to pay and labor reporting. Acts as Tier 1 Helpdesk with travel issues pertaining to the Defense Travel System (DTS). Implements AFRL, Det/Site, and directorate policies for managing effective Records Management with the associated Research and Development (R&D) Case File Program. Advises on and may support the development and implementation of directorate-level policies for a variety of IM Programs to include, but not limited to, Publications and Forms, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Privacy Act (PA). NOTE: Resume must be in MM/DD/YYYY date format for experience entries. Required Qualifications US Citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Demonstrated skills and abilities related to administration, business operations, and management analysis/support. Experience assisting personnel with business services areas such as travel (authorizations and vouchers via Defense Travel System (DTS) and the government travel credit card (GTCC)). Experience with or knowledge of the Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) labor entry database system and Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) and how the process is implemented in a directorate. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Experience with or knowledge of applying National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) established records management disposition schedules utilizing and updating Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS). Desired Qualifications Working knowledge of Business Services databases and tools (DTS, CitiBank, ATAAPS, and JOCAS). Working knowledge of Information Management databases and tools (OpenText Content Server, AFRIMS, and AFRL Work Unit Application). Experience communicating with personnel across an organization and from varied backgrounds (e.g., scientists/engineers (S&Es), members of management, Area Records Professionals (ARPs), etc.) on implementation of IM and Business Services processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite. Experience training individuals at multiple levels on organization processes.
