Compensation
Pay Range:$165,000-$250,000 Per Year

Description
The role involves leading the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise resource planning systems.
Based in Charlotte, NC, this full-time position requires managing a team to drive digital transformation and ensure ERP platforms meet business goals.
Proficiency in generic technology platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead comprehensive ERP applications strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage ERP implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support executives in utilizing ERP systems to achieve organizational objectives and strategic plans.
Lead high-performing ERP teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Establish ERP governance frameworks and oversee vendor relationships and contracts.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP systems and business process management, including leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in leading multi-year ERP implementation programs over multiple sites.
Strong understanding of data technologies and governance frameworks.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
