What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and outcomes
Document patient information accurately and timely
Manage multiple patients and prioritize care appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of emergency or acute care nursing experience
Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records
Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills

Preferred:

Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
Experience in a fast-paced emergency environment
