About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, People to join their dynamic team. This strategic, people-first leader will be responsible for partnering with the Chief People Officer to develop and execute the people strategy that aligns with the company's vision and supports its growth. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the People Business Partner team, oversee the design and delivery of total rewards programs, and ensure the integrity of people systems and HRIS. Additionally, the role involves managing facilities operations and the executive admin function, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The VP, People will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, a champion of core values, and will use data to continuously improve the employee experience. Candidates for this role at the company should have an advanced degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years' of progressive people leadership experience. The role requires a strong background in total rewards, HRIS, and people systems, as well as a proven track record in leading and developing people teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and be adept at decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution. A deep understanding of employment law, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a focus on building a culture of continuous learning and engagement are essential.
