About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human resources function, providing strategic guidance on workforce matters, and ensuring that the people strategy aligns with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. This role is pivotal in a complex and mission-driven environment, with a focus on talent acquisition, culture, and organizational effectiveness. The Chief People Officer will also be instrumental in advancing workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, as well as optimizing HR service delivery across various entities. Candidates for the Chief People Officer position at the company should be strategic healthcare HR executives with a proven track record in strengthening HR functions within complex organizations. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Experience in talent acquisition and enhancing HR business partner models is particularly important. While pediatric healthcare experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, credible, and mission-oriented leader who understands the critical link between an exceptional workforce and the delivery of high-quality care and service.
