Industrial Painter

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a production team in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on applying high-quality finishes to steel components using electrostatic spray and powder coating techniques.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, painting, or general labor experience looking for stable, full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply coatings using electrostatic spray guns to paint steel racks and weldments
• Ensure proper color, thickness, and finish quality to meet production standards
• Perform powder coating and curing (baking) processes as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic painting or coating issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and attendance policies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred
• Experience with electrostatic or powder coating systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
