Position : Recruiting (Full Time)

Compensation : Hourly rate.

Location : Southgate, MI.

Responsibilities : As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support the Branch Operations staff with administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Greeting Candidates :
   1. Managing front desk and walk-in traffic.
   2. Answering questions and handling incoming calls.
2. Screening and Selection :
   1. Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
   2. Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.
3. Onboarding Support :
   1. Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.
   2. Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.

• Technology Proficiency:
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte) familiarity
  • Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter) familiarity
  • Experience with Google, Microsoft Office
• Experience: Previous customer service or office administration preferred.
• Certifications: None required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
